We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you contact us — for example, when you email support with a question or feedback. The personal information we collect may include the following:

Payment Data. GameAnalytics. Our games use GameAnalytics for anonymous gameplay analytics (for example, how far players travel and where runs end). This data is not tied to your name or email address. You can find GameAnalytics' privacy policy at https://gameanalytics.com/privacy.
Statsmatic. Our website uses Statsmatic for anonymous, cookie-free website analytics (page views and referrers, in aggregate).
FormNinja. Messages sent through our website's contact form (including the name and email address you provide) are delivered to us via FormNinja, a form-handling service.
5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.

6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
In Short: Our website does not set cookies. It uses a lightweight, cookie-free analytics script.
Our website does not use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies. We use Statsmatic, a lightweight analytics service, to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (such as page views and referrers) without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. Our games store your preferences (such as sound settings and progress) locally on your device; that data never leaves your device except as described in Section 4 (anonymous analytics).
7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
Our website is hosted in the United States, and gameplay analytics is processed by GameAnalytics. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other countries.

In Short: We keep very little, for as short a time as practical.

In Short: We protect your personal information through technical and organizational security measures — and by simply not collecting much of it.
Technical Security Measures
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between you and our Services is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher
- Access Controls: Access to any personal information is limited to those who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication
- Infrastructure Security: Regular security patches and monitoring
Data Breach Response
In the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will:
- Notify you within seventy-two (72) hours of confirming the breach
- Provide details about the nature and scope of the breach

10. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
In Short: Our games are suitable for all ages, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Our games do not require accounts, registration, or the submission of any personal information to play. The gameplay analytics we collect is anonymous and is not used to identify or profile any player, child or adult.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information (for example, by emailing us), please contact us at privacy@horizon-group.io and we will delete that information promptly.
This policy is designed to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws.
11. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: You may review, change, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

We may retain some information in our files where required to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
12. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. (As described above, our website does not track you in the first place.)

To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, email us at privacy@horizon-group.io. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before fulfilling your request. We may ask you to:

- Provide information that matches our records
- For deletion requests, confirm your request through a two-step verification process
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

Shine the Light

We will respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (typically 45 days, with possible extension).
Right to Appeal
If we decline to take action on your request, you have the right to appeal. To appeal, email us at privacy@horizon-group.io with subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to appeals within the timeframe required by applicable law. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state's Attorney General.
